Earle Douglas

Through his wide experience, Earle provides clients with service and advice in all areas of accounting and taxation. Having previously worked in the fields of science and education, he brings the ability to view issues from a variety of perspectives with commercial realism and to provide explanations in every-day terms.

Earle specialises in the area of Self Managed Superannuation Fund administration.  He holds a Master of Professional Accounting and is a CPA.

Tim Flynn

Tim offers 16 years experience in all areas of accounting and taxation,  including financial account  and income tax return preparation, capital gains tax calculation, financial projections, BAS preparation, structure advice and estate planning. 

Tim also has a lot of experience helping builders, farmers and property developers with the specific needs and tax laws of those respective industries including QBCC compliance and structure.

Tim is a Toowoomba local, completing his secondary education at St Mary’s College and a Bachelor of Commerce from USQ. Starting his Accounting career in 2006 he completed his CPA qualification prior to forming Douglas & Flynn Pty Ltd in 2016. 

Tim is also an Authorised Representative of Count Financial Limited providing a large range of financial planning services.
